Jay Edwards is an Aerospace, Defence and Security transformation specialist with extensive experience working with both government and industry to increase organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
He has managed and delivered transformation projects and programmes for the last 15 years across Europe and the Middle East with a focus on designing and implementing strategies and digitally enabled operating models across a number of areas. These include – capability planning, operations, acquisition, procurement, supply chain, localisation, as well as customer journey design to enhance the user experience.
