Exhibiting Options

Over 1000 companies will exhibit at IDEX; indoors, outside, on the water and on the dock edge.

The following exhibiting options are available at IDEX 2013:

Indoor space is located within the 12 exhibition halls, on the concourse or in the atrium:

Space Only
Individual space stands comprise of indoor exhibition space marked out to the required dimensions: no walls, platforms, or electricity are provided. Height allowed is up to 4 metres: higher is subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

Double-Decker Builds
IDEX space only exhibitors are encouraged to build double decker areas within their stand, and for 2013 the upper-floor space fee has not been increased. However exhibitors are reminded that permission to build double storey stands on divided sites is subject to agreement from the neighbouring stands within the block. The organisers reserve the right to deny permission to build double decker stands
on divided sites.

Indoor Shell Space
An indoor shell space stand provides a complete stand package, the minimum stand size is 12sqm which comprises of the space, carpet, walls, 4 spot lights, one 13A socket (220V), name board, information counter, stool, one table, two chairs, lockable storage room and standing literature rack.

First-Time Exhibitor Zone (FTEZ)
The FTEZ is a dedicated area on the exhibition floor for companies to stand out as they participate at IDEX for the first-time. This area will attracts great interest from visitors and media who are able to view and test a range of technology and products that have never been seen at IDEX before. Click here.
 

Located in the central plaza and accessible from the exhibition halls, this option offers the ability to display a static exhibit, build an outside stand or construct a chalet or pavilion in this area. The outdoor space is marked out to the required dimensions: no walls, platforms, or electricity are provided.

IDEX expects over 30 country pavilions to reserve areas on the 2013 floor plan  To participate within one of these country pavilions please contact your local country agent directly.

This Maritime Security Area offers exhibitors the unique opportunity to raise awareness of the latest in naval, maritime and coastal security technology, equipment and crafts.
