Corporate Hospitality

Corporate hospitality areas offer an exclusive environment in which to receive guests and clients in a tailor-made facility designed and decorated to reflect a company brand image.

For 2013, there are 2 hospitality options available:

7 individually sized indoor suites, located around the concourse on the 1st floor Mezzanine Level, are perfect rooms for hosting private meetings, presentations or lunches.

Each is decorated to a high standard (including carpeting), has a ceiling height of 3.15m and comes unfurnished. Exhibitors are permitted to personalise the interior and exterior of these suites*. Suites are priced per square meter (m²) and are available for the same tenancy period as space only stands.

As a new opportunity for 2013, corporate hospitality chalets are available for exhibitors to take over for the duration of the exhibition. Located at the ADNEC Marina overlooking the on-water exhibits and visiting naval vessels these chalets are an ideal way to host clients and guests in a private hospitality environment. They will be positioned within walking distance of the Helicopter Pavilion, the NAVDEX exhibition and the IDEX exhibition halls via a pedestrian bridge and shuttle bus service.

Individual chalets units measure 75m² and are completely unfurnished for the exhibitor to personalise the full interior fit out* including electrical wiring etc. Chalets are priced per unit, multiple units may be purchased to give more flexibility to create the perfect hospitality platform.
