The International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) is the largest defence and security event in the Middle East and North African region.

In 2011 IDEX the 10th edition from Sunday 20th - Thursday 24th February, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Retaining the prestigious honour, IDEX 2011 will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

NEW FOR 2011: NAVDEX launched to run alongside IDEX

NAVDEX 2011 is dedicated to the naval defence and coastal security industry. Located with direct walking access of IDEX the NAVDEX exhibition will feature exhibition stands, visiting naval vessels, on-water displays and live demonstrations. Visit www.navdex.ae for more information

Live demonstrations in 2011
